Very, very unfriendly boss! It's a shame because the ice cream is very tasty. Was complained about several times and treated cheekily due to a delay in the order. I went there a second time, then there was a young guy at the counter who was unspokenly rude.

Staff unfortunately very rude. It took 3 attempts to order an ice cream sundae and it was wrong again. So in the outside area and the whipped cream in the garbage can. Ice cream was ok. We won't be back ...

Very impolite. When asked about allergens, you only get snippy "humor" to be heard. I fully understand that you can't always be radiantly friendly, after all it's a stressful job, but you could really resist some comments. And I say that with gastro experience. The ice cream was delicious, but you can really save yourself the trouble.

Super delicious ice cream, good and large portions

It's been our favorite ice cream shop since it opened a few years ago. The ice cream tastes very good and there are also more unusual varieties. The owners and the staff are very friendly. The seating in front of the restaurant is very nice, offers enough shade even in hot weather and gives the right Dolce Vita feeling. 🙂

Been there many times. Ice cream is really delicious. As has been criticized several times, there is a lack of interpersonal relationships. We have been able to observe and experience some "interesting" incidents. If I were more sensitive, I would stay away - but I can still take it with humor. If you have no feeling for customer contact at all, you should perhaps just leave it at "Please" and "Thank you" and save yourself further comments.

Good ice cream, modern decor and reasonably priced. The boss is a character of her own, I couldn't quite cope with her humor. New opening just 10 meters compared to an old ice cream parlor also a little disadvantageous!

It was alright, so the eis cream was pretty good and also the service. There was not a long line and the service worked fast so that we haven't had to wait a long time.
